been asked by family and friends recently what ACAB means, here’s a drawing of how I explain it to people who are looking from the outside in. Explaining these things to white family members can be hard but it is important. Attempt to change their perspective by having open conversations about the unjust treatment of black people, systematic racism, and white privilege. If you don’t have the words, there’s multiple sources that have well written answers for common questions (such as the question of- “what about good cops?) that i could gladly point you towards.
